If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you please do so within 24 hours. We, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc.
We reserve an appointment time just for you and schedule the help we need to best keep our stylists on schedule. Last minute cancellations financially impact our salon and our employees, in addition to not accommodating our waiting list guests.

No Show: 100% deposit to book your next appointment.
