Late Arrivals / Cancellation Policy:

Since your appointment time is reserved just for you, please understand that when you forget your appointment or cancel without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and other guests miss the opportunity to receive services.

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please keep in mind that we may not be able to accommodate the full service or may have to reschedule your appointment.
